Stage ingredients in (8) 1/6-size, 4"-deep pans and slice on the full-length 19" cutting board to speed ticket times. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm help you monitor holding conditions at a glance.
A stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior endure heavy daily use, while the field-rehingeable door adapts to your layout. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, plus 3-3/4" casters, streamline service and cleanup.
