This two-section reach-in refrigerator uses a shallow depth cabinet and wide sliding glass doors to speed access while conserving aisle space. Aluminum construction with a stainless steel front stands up to daily use and cleans easily.
Showcase beverages, prep ingredients, or plated desserts while keeping staff moving. The electronic control with digital display simplifies temperature checks at a glance, and a hi-low alarm helps protect inventory during rushes or deliveries. Cylinder locks add security in open kitchens and front-of-house grab-and-go areas.
Self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system requires no remote lines. The 57-inch width and full-height doors provide broad visibility across both sections, useful for line production or retail-facing coolers. Mounted on 6-inch stainless steel legs, it integrates cleanly with existing layouts.
