Its two-section, standard-depth cabinet accepts wheeled racks via removable stainless steel ramps, keeping production moving between prep, chill, and service. Ideal for bakeries, institutions, and banquet operations that stage pans on mobile racks.
A stainless steel front paired with an aluminum interior and ends balances durability and weight for busy kitchens. Full-height solid doors with cylinder locks help secure inventory during off-hours or in shared storage areas. The standard-depth cabinet integrates smoothly into back-of-house lines.
Operators can quickly set and monitor temperatures using the electronic control with digital display, while a hi-low alarm supports product protection. The self-contained, 1/2 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and carries cETLus and NSF listings. Self-contained refrigeration streamlines installation.
