The rail holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans while a full-length cutting board gives chefs a dedicated surface to assemble sandwiches and salads. Two refrigerated drawers below stage backup pans so the line stays stocked during rush periods.
Rely on electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm to monitor product safety at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports consistent performance with minimal maintenance.
