Built for busy makelines, the Continental D32N12M-FB-D streamlines sandwich and salad production in a compact 32-inch footprint. Stage (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep ingredients across the top rail while working directly on the cutting board. A front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained system supports tight, flush installations alongside other equipment.
Two refrigerated drawers keep backup pans organized and within reach, accommodating common pan configurations (pans supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding temperatures through the lunch rush. R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator support consistent performance with low-maintenance operation.
