Stage ingredients in the pan rail configured for eight 1/6-size, 4-inch pans and slice on the full 12-inch cutting board to keep your mise en place organized. Two refrigerated drawers flex to your menu—each fits either a 12" x 20" x 6" pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus two 1/3 x 6 pans (pans supplied by others)—ideal for delis, cafes, and campus operations.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant maintains dependable performance, and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator minimizes maintenance.
