The rail holds eight 1/6-size pans at 4 inches deep beneath a 19-inch cutting board, letting your team slice, top, and plate without breaking stride. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm help safeguard product quality during peak rushes.
Boost throughput with two refrigerated drawers that accept either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a mix of one 1/2 x 6 and two 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer (pans supplied by others). Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to trim maintenance and simplify installation. Six-inch adjustable legs level the station on uneven floors and open access for cleaning.
