Elevate your make-line with the Continental D36N10C, a 36-inch, two-section sandwich prep table built for speed and accuracy. It holds ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans at the rail with a 19-inch cutting board to assemble orders efficiently. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain consistent temperatures while keeping the front workspace unobstructed.
Set and verify temperatures via the electronic control and digital display, and rely on the hi-low alarm to flag deviations during peak periods. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for straightforward condensate management.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Two field rehingeable doors and 6-inch adjustable legs let you adapt the unit to evolving kitchen layouts.
