Accelerate make-line output with the Continental D36N12M sandwich unit. This 36-inch, two-section design keeps ingredients organized for sandwiches, salads, and wraps. A convenient cutting board supports fast assembly without leaving the station.
Arrange up to twelve 1/6-size pans at 4 inches deep to streamline portioning and presentation. The stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily rigors and simplify wipe-downs. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you verify holding conditions at a glance.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for dependable operation. A 1/5 HP system supports consistent performance on busy lines. Field rehingeable doors and 6-inch adjustable legs make installation and service access straightforward for kitchens and facilities of all sizes.
