Stage ingredients in eight 1/6-size, 4-inch pans and work efficiently on the full-length 12-inch cutting board.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, it stands up to daily rushes and wipes down fast between turns. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm let operators check status at a glance and respond quickly.
Field rehingeable doors and 3-3/4-inch casters support flexible placement, resets, and thorough cleaning.
