Stage product from the prep room and retrieve from the cookline to accelerate service and improve flow. Wide, full-height stainless steel doors withstand daily use, while cylinder locks help protect high-value inventory. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm allow quick checks and prompt notifications.
The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP motor to deliver reliable cold. A stainless steel front with aluminum interior and exterior balances durability and weight, and 6-inch stainless steel legs provide sturdy support and easy floor access for cleaning.
