Built to anchor a busy cookline, the Continental D48GFN freezer griddle stand keeps frozen ingredients within arm’s reach while supporting equipment on a durable stainless steel top. A drip guard marine edge helps contain grease and spills under griddles or similar appliances.
Two drawers accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 6" and streamline workflow for chefs and operators who need quick access to proteins, par-cooked items, or backup product. Electronic controls with a clear digital display and high/low temperature alarms help maintain target conditions throughout service.
The self-contained 1/3 HP refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for efficient performance. Stainless steel interior and exterior simplify cleanup and stand up to daily use in commercial environments. A 10' cord enables fast, plug-in installation to get your chef base working without delay.
