Four smooth-opening drawers below organize bulk product; each drawer fits one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 combo (pans supplied by others). Ideal for delis, campus dining, and high-volume cafes that need rapid changeovers between dayparts.
