Accelerate sandwich and salad assembly with the Continental D48N10C-D designer line sandwich unit. The 48-inch, two-section table presents a 19-inch cutting board and a rail for ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans to keep mise en place within reach (pans supplied by others). Stainless steel inside and out stands up to busy service and cleans quickly.
Streamline workflow with four refrigerated drawers that accept common hotel pan combinations—one 12" x 18" x 6" or a 1/2 x 6 plus a 1/3 x 6 per drawer—so staff can stage proteins, cheeses, and backups at the point of prep (pans supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding conditions at a glance.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation, while 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling easy on uneven floors. Ideal for delis, cafes, and institutional kitchens, this NSF and cETLus listed sandwich prep table supports fast assembly lines
