The Continental D48N12-D designer line sandwich unit streamlines high-volume prep in a compact 48-inch footprint. A two-section base with four drawers keeps backups at the ready, while the 12-inch cutting board and included (12) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans organize your makeline.
Electronic controls with digital display and a hi-low alarm help maintain product quality through rushes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports efficient, low-maintenance performance.
All-stainless construction and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling in diverse installations. Ideal for delis, campus dining, and quick-service lines, each drawer fits one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 combination (pans supplied by others).
