Accelerate make-line throughput with the Continental D48N12C-FB-D designer line sandwich unit. The front-breathing, 48-inch, two-section design tucks neatly into busy cooklines while keeping ingredients at hand and at temp. It’s a smart fit for delis, cafes, quick-serve, and high-volume commissaries.
Stage and present up to twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on top while the 19-inch cutting board streamlines assembly for sandwiches, salads, and wraps. A four-drawer base organizes bulk product; each drawer accommodates one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or one 1/2-size x 6" deep pan plus one 1/3-size x 6" deep pan (pans supplied by others).
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this sandwich prep table stands up to daily rigors and wipes down fast. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help maintain proper holding temps, and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps the footprint simple.
