This 48-inch, two-section mega top sandwich / salad prep table positions ingredients within easy reach and keeps workflow moving from prep to plate. Use the cutting board to assemble orders fast while maintaining a clean, organized line.
Stage proteins, greens, and dressings in the top rail’s (12) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans, then replenish from below with four refrigerated drawers that accept common hotel pan configurations. Standard pan compatibility lets you tailor the setup for delis, pizzerias, cafes, and high-volume kitchens without slowing down changeovers.
