Boost make-line throughput with the Continental D48N12M-FB-D Designer Line Mighty Top sandwich unit. This 48-inch, two-section, front-breathing design positions ingredients and an integrated cutting board right where crews work. The top holds 12 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans so teams can set classic combinations or seasonal rotations without breaking pace.
Keep backups cold and close in four refrigerated drawers that accept either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2-size plus 1/3-size 6-inch pan per drawer. Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior withstand daily loading, cleaning, and high-volume service.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm make status checks quick during shift changes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and 3-3/4 inch casters let operators place the unit efficiently and roll it for sanitation or service.
