Streamline your make-line with the Continental D48N18M-D, a 48" designer line mighty top sandwich unit engineered for fast, consistent service. The refrigerated rail offers capacity for eighteen 1/6-size, 4" deep pans, while the integrated cutting board creates a dedicated, sanitary prep zone.
Four refrigerated drawers keep bulk ingredients organized and within reach, each accommodating either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of one 1/2 x 6 and one 1/3 x 6 pan (pans supplied by others). Two-section storage and a rear-mounted, self-contained system help maintain stable temperatures during peak periods.
Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm let managers verify performance at a glance and react quickly to fluctuations. Durable stainless steel construction and 6" adjustable legs simplify cleaning, leveling, and long-term reliability in busy kitchens.
