Keep your line moving with the Continental D48N18M-FB-D, a 48-inch designer line mighty top sandwich unit engineered for demanding kitchens. Its front-breathing design simplifies placement on crowded cooklines, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamlines service access.
Set up a fast, clean mise en place on the pan rail that accommodates eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, then assemble orders on the included cutting board. Chefs can stage greens, proteins, and garnishes exactly where they need them for efficient sandwich, wrap, and salad production.
A four-drawer base provides flexible cold storage: each drawer accepts either a 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 combination (pans supplied by others). Stainless steel inside and out, electronic controls with a digital display, and a hi/low temperature alarm support consistent performance, while 3-3/4-inch casters make cleaning and repositioning easier for operators and facility managers.
