Stage ingredients in (18) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and assemble orders on the included cutting board to speed sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm help maintain set temperatures through peak rushes.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to heavy use and simplify cleanup. 3-3/4" casters make cleaning behind the unit faster, and rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration streamlines installation. Two field rehingeable doors let you adjust door swing to match your workflow.
