Four drawers give your team flexible cold storage right where they work. Each drawer accommodates either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combination of one 1/2-size x 6" deep pan and one 1/3-size x 6" deep pan (pans supplied by others), keeping proteins and toppings organized for rapid service.
