Boost make-line efficiency with the Continental D48N8-FB-D, a 48-inch, front-breathing designer line sandwich unit. The top rail positions (8) 1/6-size x 4" pans at arm’s reach and integrates a 12" cutting board for fast assembly. Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to rigorous daily use.
Stage bulk ingredients below in four drawers to keep proteins, produce, and cheeses organized and replenished. Each drawer accommodates either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 configuration (pans supplied by others). Ideal for delis, quick-service lines, campus dining, and hotels where space and speed matter.
Dial in temperatures with the electronic control and read-at-a-glance digital display, while the hi-low alarm helps safeguard product. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and a front-breathing design simplify placement in tight runs. 3-3/4" casters enable easy cleaning and service access.
