The Continental D48N8 sandwich prep table is engineered to speed up make-line workflow without sacrificing control. Its 48-inch, two-section layout positions (8) 1/6 size x 4-inch pans beneath a full 12-inch cutting board, so chefs can stage, assemble, and serve with minimal movement.
Electronic controls with a clear digital display and a hi-low temperature alarm help you monitor holding conditions at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to keep operation streamlined and condensate managed.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit stands up to daily prep while wiping down quickly between rushes. Field rehingeable doors and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify installation, leveling, and line changes for delis, cafes, and high-volume foodservice.
