This 48-inch, two-section sandwich / salad prep table positions (8) 1/6 size x 4" pans beneath a full-length 19" cutting board to keep mise en place organized and within reach. Stage bulk ingredients in the base with four drawers that accept either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a 1/2 size x 6" plus 1/3 size x 6" pan per drawer (pans supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help staff monitor holding conditions at a glance for consistent results across services.
