Load (8) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath the full-length 19-inch cutting board to stage toppings, proteins, and greens for delis, QSRs, and campus dining. Keep ingredients at arm’s reach to accelerate ticket times and maintain consistent portioning.
Four refrigerated drawers accept either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 configuration per drawer (pans supplied by others), enabling fast restocking between rushes. All-stainless construction, electronic controls with digital display, and a hi-low alarm help protect product quality throughout service.
