Built for busy make lines, the Continental D60N12C-FB-D streamlines sandwich assembly in a 60-inch footprint. Stage high-demand ingredients in twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans paired with a 19-inch cutting board to keep orders moving and workflows organized.
Four drawers below hold backups within reach; each accepts a 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others) for quick replenishment. A stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior handle daily prep and simplify cleaning. Electronic control with a digital display and hi/low alarm makes monitoring holding conditions straightforward.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with front-breathing airflow supports performance on the line. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator are designed for everyday operation. Move the unit as needed on 3-3/4-inch casters; cETLus and NSF listed, Made in USA.
