The Continental D60N12M-FB-D streamlines make-line productivity in busy kitchens. This 60-inch, two-section mighty top sandwich unit breathes from the front, allowing flush placement to maximize space and airflow. Put it to work on sandwich and salad stations during lunch rushes, banquets, or commissary prep.
Organize ingredients across (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch pans at the top while working on the integrated cutting board. Four drawers hold a 12" x 20" x 6" pan in each drawer (pans supplied by others), so backups are staged and within reach to reduce restocking trips. Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning.
Dial in temperatures with electronic controls and a clear digital display, and protect product with a hi-low temperature alarm. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and 3-3/4-inch casters make it easy to roll for service or nightly cleanup.<
