Keep mise en place within easy reach with (16) 1/6-size, 4-inch deep pans beneath a full-length 19-inch cutting board. Ideal for chefs and operators building high-volume sandwiches, salads, and wraps during peak hours.
Stage produce, proteins, and toppings on top while using the base drawers to quickly reload with standard hotel pans (supplied by others). Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior simplify sanitation and withstand daily rigors on busy lines.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding conditions at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps the work area clear, while 6-inch adjustable legs allow precise leveling for a smooth workflow.
