Stage ingredients in the top rail’s (16) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans and work cleanly on the generous 19-inch cutting board to accelerate sandwich, salad, and wrap assembly. Below, four refrigerated drawers accept standard 12 x 20 x 6 pans (supplied by others) to keep backups of proteins, greens, and sauces within arm’s reach.
