The Continental D60N8-D designer line sandwich unit streamlines high-volume cold prep in a compact 60-inch footprint. Stage proteins, cheeses, and greens in eight 1/6-size, 4-inch pans beneath the full-length 12-inch cutting board. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding conditions during rushes.
Four refrigerated drawers keep backup ingredients close; each accommodates one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others) for quick refills at the line. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports reliable, low-maintenance performance. A stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily use and clean easily.
