Load four refrigerated drawers that each fit a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) to replenish the rail fast during rushes. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help operators monitor performance at a glance, ideal for cafes, school kitchens, and high-volume delis.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit resists daily wear and simplifies cleanup. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and automatic hot gas condensate evaporation supports efficient operation while keeping the workspace clear.
