Set and assemble orders fast on the 19-inch cutting board with top capacity for eight 1/6-size, 4" deep pans. The four-drawer base organizes backups and accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" pan per drawer (supplied by others), supporting rapid restocks during peak periods.
Built for daily service, this unit features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior for durability and easy cleaning. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm support accurate oversight. R290 refrigeration, an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and 3-3/4" casters round out a smart, mobile prep solution
