Stage ingredients in the top rail’s (12) 1/6-size x 4" pans while working on the integrated 12" cutting board to keep orders moving. Six drawers below organize back-up product for continuous service during rush periods.
Built with stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit withstands daily demands and cleans quickly between shifts. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm help you monitor holding conditions at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator.
