Stage ingredients in the pan rail and assemble orders fast with twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and a full 12-inch cutting board. Six smooth drawers organize backup product; each drawer accommodates one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or one 1/2 x 6 plus one 1/3 x 6 pan (pans for drawers supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temp alarm help you monitor holding temps at a glance.
