Stage up to twelve 1/6-size, 4" deep pans beneath a full-length 12" cutting board to streamline make-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Line cooks can grab, assemble, and pass without breaking workflow during rush periods.
Built for daily service, the all-stainless top, front, sides, and interior resist wear and clean quickly. Three field rehingeable doors let you set swing direction to match your line, then adjust as layouts evolve. Electronic controls with a bright digital display and hi-low alarm help maintain target holding temperatures and support routine temperature checks.
