Streamline your prep line with the Continental D72N12C-D designer line sandwich unit. The three-section, 72" wide top organizes (12) 1/6-size, 4" deep pans beneath a full-length 19" cutting board. Build salads, subs, and wraps quickly and keep mise en place within instant reach.
The six-drawer base maximizes backup storage and speeds restocking. Each drawer holds either (1) 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan (pans supplied by others). Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior resist wear and wipe down fast.
Operators can monitor conditions via the electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps the work side clear while 6" adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning access. Ideal for busy kitchens, cafes, and campus dining that need reliable, organized sandwich prep.
