Stage, portion, and finish orders faster using drawer interiors that accept either (1) 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer (pans supplied by others). Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use.
