The Continental D72N12C-FB sandwich prep table streamlines high-volume make lines with a 72-inch, three-section platform and a front-breathing design that fits tight cooklines. Stage ingredients in the included twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and cut, top, and plate on the generous 19-inch board to move orders quickly.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains consistent temperatures, while electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm help you monitor at a glance. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator reduces manual maintenance during peak service.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily wipe-downs, and three field rehingeable doors let you adapt to your layout or service flow. Glide the unit for cleaning with 3-3/4-inch casters—ideal for delis, campus dining, and any operation building salads and subs all day.
