Eighteen 1/6-size pans at 4" deep keep toppings within arm’s reach, while a full 12" cutting board supports rapid buildouts. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration preserves cold temps without crowding your line.
Set precise temps via the electronic control and monitor status at a digital display; hi/low alarms alert staff to deviations. Three field rehingeable doors adapt to your workflow or floor plan, simplifying installs and service. Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to heavy, daily use.
Ideal for sandwich, salad, and wrap programs in delis, commissaries, and high-volume kitchens. Adjustable 6" legs ease cleaning underneath and help level on uneven floors. NSF and cETLus compliance supports code requirements, and the R290 system with automatic hot gas condensate
