Its front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration lets you integrate the unit along lines without sacrificing performance. Stainless steel inside and out delivers durability and easy sanitation shift after shift.
Stage ingredients efficiently across the top rail holding eighteen 1/6-size, 4" deep pans beneath a generous 19" cutting board for fast, clean assembly. Six drawers organize backup product; each drawer accepts one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a 1/2-size 6" deep and 1/3-size 6" deep pan combination (pans supplied by others). This three-section design keeps high-volume mise en place close at hand for delis, cafeterias, and institutional operations.
