Drive faster, cleaner service with the Continental D72N18M-D designer line mighty top sandwich unit. This 72-inch, three-section refrigerated prep solution organizes ingredients and tools exactly where chefs need them to keep lines moving during peak periods.
Stage (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans on the rail and work directly on the included cutting board to assemble sandwiches and salads with minimal steps. Six refrigerated drawers below accept common pan configurations, letting operators preload mise en place for lunch rushes or reconfigure for catering sets; pans are supplied by others.
Built for daily commercial use, it features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior for durability and easy cleaning. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help maintain product quality, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and 6" adjustable legs simplify placement and service.
