Demand-driven kitchens streamline prep with the Continental D72N18M-FB-D designer line mighty top sandwich unit. Its front-breathing, 72-inch, three-section footprint lets you park the station tight to walls or other equipment while maintaining airflow. Staff can stage proteins, greens, and toppings exactly where they need them to maintain pace during rushes.
Organize (18) 1/6 size x 4-inch pans across the pan rail and build orders on the integrated cutting board right in front. Six drawers beneath keep bulk ingredients at the line, each accepting either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combo of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans (drawer pans supplied by others). This layout supports fast changeovers between menu dayparts and reduces trips to remote refrigeration.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior stand up to daily cleaning and continuous use. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help operators monitor holding conditions at a glance.
