Accommodate 18 1/6-size, 4-inch pans for a complete mise en place across sandwiches, salads, and garnish sets. The included cutting board supports rapid assembly, and three field-rehingeable doors let you adapt swing direction to your line flow or service window.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior simplify cleaning and stand up to daily volume. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm help you verify holding performance at a glance.
