Keep your mise en place organized with a top rail that holds 24 sixth-size pans within easy reach, plus six drawers below for bulk replenishment. Configure drawers for either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 combo per drawer to match your menu and rush periods.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior clean quickly and resist wear.
