Built for fast service lines, the Continental D72N27M-FB-D Designer Line Mighty Top Sandwich Unit keeps ingredients organized and within reach. This 72-inch, front-breathing, three-section unit blends refrigerated storage with a high-capacity prep rail to streamline sandwich / salad prep.
Stage up to 27 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans at the rail and work directly on the integrated cutting board to assemble orders with speed and accuracy. Six refrigerated drawers below hold backup pans, so cooks can swap in fresh product without breaking rhythm on the line.
Stainless steel inside and out withstands daily rushes, while electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding temps at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and 3-3/4-inch casters simplify placement and cleaning access in busy kitchens.
