This 72-inch, three-section mighty top sandwich unit keeps ingredients organized and within reach, holding up to (30) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on the rail with an integrated cutting board to accelerate assembly. Front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration supports tight installations along walls or in crowded cooklines.
Outfit delis, cafes, and campus kitchens to prep, build, and replenish without slowing service. Six refrigerated drawers accept common pan combinations for backup mise en place, while the stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior simplify daily cleaning and withstand heavy use.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm help staff monitor holding conditions at a glance. 3-3/4-inch casters make it easy to roll the unit for sanitation or service without disrupting workflow.
