Front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with a 1/4 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers reliable cold holding, while the electronic control and digital display let staff set and verify temps quickly.
Operators can stage proteins, pastry components, or backup pans for the bar and access them through the field-rehingeable door that suits left- or right-handed workflows. A hi-low temperature alarm helps safeguard inventory during rushes or off-hours checks. Stainless steel interior and exterior with a stainless steel top provide lasting durability in high-traffic kitchens.
Built on 1-3/8 inch diameter plate casters, the unit rolls for cleaning or reconfiguration. Compliance with cETLus and NSF standard
