Streamline cold storage on the line with the Continental DF32N-U-D, a Designer Line undercounter freezer built for high-volume service. Its front-breathing design and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration let you position frozen ingredients where they’re prepped, plated, or fired.
Organize mise en place in two easy-glide drawers that each hold either one 12" x 20" x 6" pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 and two 1/3 x 6 pans (pans not included). Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm help staff monitor holding conditions at a glance during peak periods.
Rely on durable, all-stainless construction—inside, outside, and on the worktop—to withstand daily rigors. Roll the unit for cleaning or service with 1-3/8" diameter plate casters, and keep your workflow tight without sacrificing performance.
