Side-mounted refrigeration preserves full access while keeping the top clear for plating, prep, or small appliances. This worktop freezer integrates seamlessly on cooklines, garde manger, pastry, or banquet assembly.
Optimize holding and organization with a mixed-access layout: two full drawers (each fits two 12" x 20" x 6" pans) and two narrow drawers (each fits one 12" x 20" x 6" pan), plus a half-height field rehingeable door for flexible access. Pans are supplied by others. All-stainless construction inside and out stands up to daily rushes and rigorous cleaning.
